Citybug was established in 1994 and is currently operating with 14 busses traveling approximately 3.95 million kilometers a year carrying 560 000 passengers.
During 2006 CITYBUG sold its taxi service to a BEE company. CITYBUG is also BBBEE certified. Our fleet has been upgraded and currently consists of a 28 seater bus and 14 luxury air-conditioned shuttles, to provide up-market transport to and from JHB International Airport, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Potchefstroom, Bloemfontein and Durban. A new branch is opening in Bloemfontein July 2010.
Our shuttles are easily recognised with our authentic CITYBUG logo, as well as our drivers in their corporate uniforms and name badges.
You can expect them to be at your pick up point at least ten minutes ahead of your departure time and they will assist you with your luggage.
